I began as a craft worker in 1988 and grew into the roles of marketing and human resources, since 2005 I have been focused on business development and training. I am a facilitator, business mentor and trainer with West Cork and South Cork Enterprise Boards and Enterprise Ireland. I mentor start ups, early business development and deliver trainings in Start Your Own Business / Marketing and Stress & Time Management Programmes. I am the co-ordinator for West Cork Soho Solo and a member of CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development).
